This luxury 3 bedroom plus study holiday house is fully and tastefully furnished, with a beautiful modern décor.
Soaking up the northern sun, the house is built on eco-friendly principles. The house features double-glazed windows and is fully insulated for summer and winter comfort. Reverse cycle heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed but rarely needed in this wonderful climate.
Native gardens surround the house and blend into Bournda National Park on your doorstep.
The beach house can accommodate up to 6 people.The main bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in robe. The ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and a bath enjoys a private garden view. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and built-in wardrobe.The third bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe.The second bathroom contains a shower, handbasin and toilet. Please note that linen is not provided- but available to hire. No Pets
